Inova is governed by several volunteer community boards.
The Inova Health System Board of Trustees is primarily responsible for oversight of Inova's finances, strategic planning and management.
The Inova Health Care Services Board of Trustees is primarily responsible for oversight of the operation, quality and effectiveness of patient care services throughout Inova Health System.
The Loudoun Healthcare, Inc., Board of Directors is primarily responsible for assuring the operation of Inova Loudoun Hospital, now and in the future.
