Join us for one of our popular six-week fitness and nutrition series specially designed for kids and conveniently held on Saturdays. Your child will learn about better eating habits and the importance of physical activity – and have a good time!
The program features:
- An exercise physiologist who teaches about proper physical fitness, sporting activities, stretching and balancing and making good lifestyle choices
- Registered dietitians who teach balanced nutrition and how to make good food choices
9 a.m.—FUN (Fitness, Understanding and Nutrition) for ages 7–11
10 a.m.—SNAP (Simple Nutrition and Physical Activity) for ages 12-15
