Congregational Health Partnership (CHP)
Helps faith communities build the infrastructure and capacity to improve health and reduce health disparities in communities in Northern Virginia. Prevention and self-care
Promotes health and well-being through public screenings and vaccinations. During flu season our Fight the Flu program helps protects individuals by offering shots at various public clinics. For more information, call 703-698-2424.
Tobacco prevention and cessation
A variety of free tobacco-prevention and intervention programs for K–12 are offered to local schools and communities. Tobacco-cessation programs are fee-based and open to adults interested in quitting. For more information, call 703-698-2406.
