About Inova Mount Vernon Hospital
At Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, we offer our patients convenience and state-of-the-art care in a community environment. Our 232-bed hospital sits on 26 acres of beautifully landscaped open space. Patients can find moments of serenity in our specially designed gardens. The campus also houses a beautiful outdoor pavilion used by Inova Rehabilitation Center patients and visitors for events, programs and activities. Our gift shop sells flowers and a variety of other gift and personal care items; and our cafeteria is open daily. We are located approximately 4.5 miles south of the beltway (495) off Richmond Hwy. (Route 1). Free parking is provided for patients and visitors.
Sunrise Assisted Living Center at Mount Vernon is also located on the Inova Mount Vernon Hospital Campus. The assisted living facility opened in June 2002 and features 92 suites accommodating 112 residents.
