Inova HealthNET programs
Inova provides you with the following private
and confidential care management programs through Inova HealthSource:
- Inova BabyNET – a pregnancy and lactation-care management program
- Inova WeightNET – a weight management program
- Inova BackNET – a healthy back program
- Inova TobaccoNET – a tobacco-cessation program.
These programs are free for Inova employees and their spouses.
Inova HealthSource community classes discount
Inova HealthSource offers a wide variety of health and wellness classes in
convenient Northern Virginia locations and on the Web. As an Inova employee
you receive a 75 percent discount on fitness, parenting, CPR and other classes.
Sunrise Senior Living discount
With the relationship between Inova and Sunrise Senior Living, the one-time-only community fee is waived for any Inova employee or family member moving
into certain Sunrise Senior Living homes.
Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
Inova offers an employee assistance program to all employees. You and your
household members may use these free confidential counseling services. Inova's
EAP also provides "convenience" services to help you find providers for everyday
needs, such as house cleanings, lawn care and pet care.
Inova Employee Assistance Savings Center
The Savings Center, available to Inova employees and household members, is
your place to go for exclusive savings opportunities from thousands of your
favorite merchants. You also have access to in-store events, discounts on theme
parks, movie tickets and hundreds of local offerings.
