Meeting the growing healthcare needs of the Alexandria, Mount Vernon, Franconia-Springfield, and Woodbridge communities
Inova is pleased to add inpatient hospital services to the emergency and outpatient care that has long been available in this community. Inova Franconia-Springfield Campus will include a new 110-bed hospital with all-private rooms, a larger emergency room, and a neighboring outpatient surgery center for complex orthopedic care.
Inova Alexandria Campus, along with the Franconia-Springfield Campus, will replace our current Seminary Road location and will feature a new hospital, a cancer center, and an outpatient health center. It will anchor the new WestEnd development located at the former Landmark Mall.
The new 192-bed hospital will serve as the regional hub for complex care with an expanded emergency room, private patient rooms, and a state-of-the-art birthing unit. Adjunct facilities will house the Inova Schar Cancer center and outpatient specialty services.
Expanded services & building enhancements completed:
This state-of-the-art outpatient facility includes a full-service emergency room, surgery center, imaging and laboratory services, and primary and specialty care. The Health Center is located in Alexandria’s Oakville Triangle, across from Potomac Yard and minutes from Crystal City.
Recognized with numerous architectural awards, Inova Health Center – Oakville showcases the new design and finishes patients will see replicated throughout the Eastern Region and Inova’s other new facilities.
