Current team members may apply to the fellowship program. We offer a competitive salary & benefits for the fellowship program. The recruitment team will work with current team members to determine salary options if they are awarded a fellowship position.
The program is a 12-month rotational program where fellows will work alongside a mentor/preceptor and independently on varying healthcare projects.
Preceptors will be determined based on the projects each fellow is tasked to support.
Rotation length will be aligned to the organization's priority work.
