Ally received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Stockton University in 2017. She then continued her studies at Shenandoah University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Ally has a background in softball and played at the collegiate level while at Stockton University, which led to her growing interest in outpatient orthopedics.

While in PT school, Ally also grew an interest in pelvic health physical therapy and has since been working on continuing education for both orthopedics and pelvic health related conditions. Ally joined the PT team at Inova Ballston in January 2021 and has since been treating a combination of orthopedic and pelvic health patients.

Ally is a native of Northern Virginia and enjoys participating in an adult fast pitch softball league as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.
