About Ashley Millard, NP
Ashley Millard is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing as a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2015.
Prior to joining Inova, Ashley worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Pediatric Associates of Alexandria in Arlington, VA.
Ashley specialized in adolescent medicine with a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and participated in the REACH Institute and Chicago Parenting program. Ashley’s patient care philosophy is to support healthy development that is youth centered and family involved with the goal of improving self-efficacy and reducing healthcare disparities.
Ashley lives in Falls Church, VA, with her husband, two children and dog. She enjoys reading, trying new cuisines and traveling.
