Caitlin has been with Inova Health System since 2016 and has been a licensed physical therapist since 2010. She is a native of Arlington, VA. She completed her undergraduate studies at James Madison University and her graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Caitlin is a board-certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) and a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). She also specializes in oncology rehabilitation and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). She leads the oncology rehab and lymphedema programs for Inova Physical Therapy Centers.
Caitlin enjoys working with Physical Therapy students and serves as a guest lecturer at our local DPT and PTA programs. She is also an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. Caitlin's goal in working with her patients is to maximize function and improve quality of life in all aspects. She is an advocate of injury prevention, evidence based practice, and an individualized approach to treatment. She enjoys being involved in oncology and lymphedema related community events and educating the public on the benefits of physical therapy treatment for these conditions.
