Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Daniel J. Ibanez, MD

Dr. Daniel Ibanez is a specialty care physician board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric rheumatology. He joined Inova in 2024 and has been practicing since 2005. Dr. Ibanez specializes in caring for children who have arthritis, vasculitis, lupus, dermatomyositis, chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis, mixed connective tissue disease, Kawasaki disease, fever syndromes and other autoimmune disorders.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Ibanez completed his clinical fellowship in pediatric rheumatology at Boston Children’s Hospital – Harvard School of Medicine.

Dr. Ibanez received his medical degree from the Universidad del Norte in Colombia and completed his residency in pediatrics at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Elmhurst Hospital Center in Elmhurst, NY.
