Daren graduated from Howard University with his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in 1996. Daren joined IPTC in 2006 at Inova Physical Therapy Center Woodbridge. He served as interim clinic director for 3 months before getting the opportunity to become the Director at Inova Physical Therapy Center Dulles South. In 2007, Daren completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Over the last 8 years, Daren became a Regional Director with director responsibilities of up to 6 clinics. Daren has recently taken his purpose of  helping people and combined it with his passion for business and leadership by becoming a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker. With this certification, Daren has begun developing leaders and providing training in the areas of professional growth and leadership development.
