Blair Bartlett is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner with over 36 years of nursing experience, 25 of which as a nurse practitioner, at Inova. She has a special interest in the healthcare management of the geriatric population.

Blair’s most recent role was as a palliative nurse practitioner providing acute and chronic advanced illness symptom management and advance care planning. Prior to that, she was managing medically complex patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.

Blair began providing home care as a nephrology nurse, caring for patients on peritoneal dialysis. Recognizing the critical need for home health services, she became a nurse practitioner to provide healthcare to those who are homebound. She has provided care to patients not only in their homes but also in assisted living, long-term care and memory care settings. Her goal is to provide her patients with the care they need to age in place.

Blair is a long-time resident of Arlington, VA, where she lives with her daughter and pup. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening and being outdoors.
