With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Jeffrey Burden, CSCS, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jeff has a bachelor's degree in sports science from UNC-Chapel Hill and 20 years of experience in the strength and conditioning field. He has been a massage therapist since 2013, specializing in sports massage. Jeff’s main experience has been with athletes ranging from division 1 level to elite and world class competitors. He currently massages athletes who are members of George Mason University's basketball, soccer and track and field teams.
