Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Lauren E. Agyekum, CNM

Lauren Agyekum is a dual certified midwife nurse and women’s health nurse practitioner. She joined Inova in 2024 and has been practicing since 2018.

Prior to joining Inova, Lauren was a certified midwife nurse at Greater Prince William Health Center in Woodbridge, VA.

Lauren completed her graduate education at Georgetown University. She has had the privilege to work in a variety of settings and care for a diverse group of clients. She is passionate about providing safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care to each person she works with.

Lauren lives in Northern Virginia with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gathering over good food, and exercising.
