With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the New Year's Day holiday – Wednesday, Jan. 1.

About Lauren H. Meth, PA

Lauren Meth is a board-certified physician assistant who comes to Inova Medical Group with 10 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in preventative medicine; women’s health and helping patients make lifestyle changes to achieve their health goals. She enjoys providing medical care for entire families, from infants to teens to the elderly.

A native of New York, Lauren became a healthcare professional because of her desire to help people and make a positive impact on their lives. Favorite parts of her job include educating her patients about their medical conditions and developing a trusting relationship with them. In her free time, Lauren is an avid exerciser who loves to cook and she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in McLean.
