Lauren received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The George Washington University. She also received a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech. Athletics has always been an integral part of Lauren’s life, and through her passion for running, swimming, and playing field hockey she developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.

She has a wide range of experience treating orthopedic conditions with an emphasis on low back pain in the adolescent and adult populations as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. Lauren also has a special interest in working with the geriatric and pediatric populations. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, running, and spending time with close family and friends.
