Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Liam P. Ryan, MD

Dr. Ryan is a specialty physician board certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. He joined Inova Medical Group with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in the management of aortic disease and end-stage lung disease.

Most recently Dr. Ryan served as Director of both the Aortic Surgery Program and the Lung Transplantation Program. Dr. Ryan became interested in thoracic and cardiac surgery because his goal is to help his patients maximize their longevity and have an excellent quality of life.

A native of Michigan, Dr. Ryan currently resides in Maryland with his family. In his spare time he likes to practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and sail.
