Dr. Lily Dastmalchi is a specialty care physician board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases. She joined Inova in 2024 and has been practicing since 2018.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Dastmalchi was a general cardiology fellow at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Dastmalchi aims to provide a holistic approach to cardiovascular care. Her clinical interests are in preventive cardiology, nutrition, women's cardiometabolic syndromes (PCOS, menopause transition, post menopause) and cardio-obstetrics.
