Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the New Year's Day holiday – Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Luna Asrar, MD

Dr. Luna Asrar is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2008. She looks forward to being a treating physician as she brings 14 years of experience in family medicine, primary care and urgent care practice.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Asrar worked at Telehealth and at University of Virginia Health System. 

Dr. Asrar is dedicated to exemplary patient outcomes, maintaining the highest standards of the field and committed to providing the best care for every patient's wellness. Her clinical areas of expertise include general medicine, women's health, pediatrics, preventative care, nutrition and patient education.

Outside of the office, Dr. Asrar enjoys spending time with her children and family, enjoys cooking and baking, exercising, traveling and reading.
