Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Marian V. Mitchell, DO

Dr. Marian Mitchell is a primary care physician board certified in Family Medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova, having completed her residency training, in 2016. She has a special interest in preventative health, women's health, pediatrics, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.

Dr. Mitchell became interested in Family Medicine because she enjoys caring for patients of all ages and establishing relationships with them. Her goal is to help her patients take responsibility for their own health and wellness and partner with them to make decisions that will make a positive impact.

A native of Evanston, IL, Dr. Mitchell currently resides in Ashburn, VA, with her husband and children. In her spare time she likes to exercise, travel, volunteer, and spend time with her family.
