Dr. Weir graduated from Elon University's doctor of physical therapy program in 2019 and worked primarily in the orthopedic setting before joining Inova Physical Therapy in March 2021. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including post-surgical, sports and running injuries, and chronic pain conditions. She is certified in Level 1 Functional Dry Needling and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is passionate about helping patient's achieve their goals and maximizing their functional movement potential.

Originally from Spartanburg, SC, Dr. Weir received her bachelor of science degree in health science from Furman University in Greenville, SC. She and her husband enjoy hiking, sailing, tennis, traveling and spending time with family.
