Michelle Motsch is a family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova in 2021 and has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner since 2022. 
 
Prior to her new role, Michelle worked as a registered nurse in the critical care unit at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, VA.  

For more than a decade, Michelle has worked across multiple settings, caring for patients in all stages of care while holding both formal and informal leadership positions. Starting her career as a nurse, Michelle garnered 15 years of clinical experience prior to transitioning to her new role as a nurse practitioner. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, aptitude and interpersonal skills that enable her to instill confidence and trust in her patients. 

Michelle’s clinical areas of interest include preventative care and chronic disease management. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and across the lifespan including adults and geriatrics patients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Michelle believes that all individuals deserve access to quality and affordable healthcare. Her goals are to empower patients to be active participants in their health and collaboratively work towards patient-centered health goals. 

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys running, practicing yoga, reading and spending time with family.
