About Natasha Owendoff, MD

Dr. Natasha Owendoff is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2024 and has been practicing since 2009.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Owendoff was an obstetrics and gynecology staff physician at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, caring for military beneficiaries. After separating from the military in 2016, she has had the privilege to care for women in various locations and settings while moving alongside her active-duty husband.

Dr. Owendoff’s clinical areas of interest include performing major abdominal surgery such as hysterectomies with a focus on laparoscopic technique, management of abnormal uterine bleeding, pregnancy care and pelvic organ prolapse concerns. She enjoys working with women through all decades of life, with a special interest in those in their teens, 30s and 40s. Dr. Owendoff believes that listening to a patient is the most important step in understanding what medical concerns the patient has and sets the foundation for providing high quality care. She wants patients to feel comfortable, to feel heard, and to know that she truly strives for their wellbeing and happiness. Her goal regarding patient care is to provide detail-oriented, evidence-based care that addresses the patient’s concerns.

Dr. Owendoff has three children of her own and likes to share that this has taught her that pregnancy comes with many surprises that we do not learn in a textbook.
