About Orit B. Yonis, FNP
Orit Yonis is a family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova in 2006 as a registered nurse and then in 2025 as a nurse practitioner.
Prior to joining Inova, Orit took courses in cardiology fundamentals and attended clinical rotations in the office of Muhammad Ali, MD, in Annandale, VA, and at Virginia Pediatric and Adolescent Center in Fairfax, VA.
Orit’s approach to patient care is centered on giving patients her full attention, fostering personal connections and delivering excellent holistic care. She is committed to doing what is best for her patients and ensuring they receive comprehensive, compassionate and individualized care.
In her free time, Orit has a deep passion for international travel and has explored destinations such as India, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia. She cherishes spending time with her family and watching movies and documentaries. Above all, she has a strong enthusiasm for learning human biology, which remains one of her greatest interests.
