Dr. Parampal Bhullar is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine. He joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing since 2005.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Bhullar was an associate program director and attending physician of internal medicine at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC. After postgraduate training, Dr. Bhullar’s early career was spent in medical management, developing and leading interdisciplinary teams to provide value-based and cost-effective care for highly complex patients.

Dr. Bhullar’s clinical area of interest include the use of evidence-based and preventive medicine to proactively manage patient health and reduce disease burden for his patients. He loves working with medically complex patients, helping them achieve optimal health and quality of life as they navigate the healthcare system. Dr. Bhullar’s patient care philosophy is understanding patient values and beliefs, then individualizing care to the patient using an interdisciplinary approach. His goal regarding patient care is to develop trust and work together with the patient to help achieve the patient’s goals.

In his free time, Dr. Bhullar loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and being part of the community.
