Dr. Saad Shaukat is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine at Inova. He joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing since 2020.
Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Shaukat was a family medicine resident at Butler Health System – Clarion Hospital in Clarion, PA. His clinical areas of interest include chronic disease management and preventive care.
Dr. Shaukat became interested in family medicine because he believes in the importance of building long-lasting relationships with his patients and providing comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional and social wellbeing. His goal is to help his patients maintain optimal health by focusing on preventive measures and personalized treatment plans.
A native of Northern Virginia, Dr. Shaukat currently resides in Leesburg with his wife. Dr. Shaukat is excited to serve the community he grew up in and looks forward to partnering with his patients on their healthcare journeys. Outside the office, he enjoys cycling, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with friends and family.
