About Ton Du, PT, DPT, ATC

Physical Therapist

Ton has been a practicing physical therapist since 2000 after earning his master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Evansville and then his transitional doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University. He became a board-certified Clinical Specialist in orthopedic physical therapy from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2012 and was re-certified in 2022. Ton has special interests in treating sports related injuries, pre-and-post surgical and joint replacement, spine related conditions and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD).

Ton became a certified athletic trainer after working with various Division I athletic sports teams during his graduate work. He has certifications in dry needling, Graston and Kinesio taping and is a mentor for the Inova Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program.

In his free time, Ton enjoys spending time with family and helping with and watching his kids participate in their water sports activities.
