With virtual visits, our convenient comprehensive care and connection with your provider can now be done without having to travel or leave your home. Patients with access to a smartphone, tablet or a computer with a reliable internet connection and a camera and microphone can do a virtual visit.

  • No need to delay receiving care from your doctor. Inova follows CDC recommendations for your safety.
  • Video and telephone visits will be billed to your insurance. (Some insurance companies are waiving patient responsibility amounts for COVID-19 related diagnoses; please check with your plan.)

Telemedicine services are offered to patients (new or established) who are physically located in Virginia at the time of the virtual visit.
