Visitation Policy
For hospitalized patients, visitation hours are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Patients may have two visitors at a time (ages 12+) during visitation hours. Minors must be accompanied by an adult (for pediatrics that adult must be a parent or caregiver) at all times.
Exceptions to time restraints and number of visitors may be made for end-of-life situations* and visits from the clergy.
Pediatric patients may have two parents/guardians or substitute caregivers at bedside 24/7.

Parking information
Parking in the Blue, Green and Gray garages is $5 per day. This fee is waived if the visitor exits within 30 minutes. A $25 prepaid 10-visit pass is available for purchase using only cash or checks through the hospital gift shops.
Complimentary valet parking is available for Inova Surgery Center patients at the surgery center entrance Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Patients or visitors with limited mobility can be dropped off at main entrances.

- Inova Fairfax Hospital North and South Towers – Patient rooms are accessible by turning left as you enter the main lobby then taking the escalator or ground floor elevator to the 1st floor. The patient tower elevators are located on the 1st floor, just past the Southside Café.
- Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital – (Ground Floor and/or Skywalk). Use the visitor elevators located to the right as you enter to access patient rooms.
- Inova Women's Hospital – Patient rooms are accessible via elevators to the right as you enter the main lobby on the ground floor and/or Skywalk.
Gray Garage (Off Woodburn Rd. / Wellness Blvd.):
- Inova Fairfax Hospital Surgery Center (ground floor)
- Inova Schar Heart and Vascular – patient rooms accessible via ground floor elevators

Complimentary valet parking is available for ER patients at the Emergency Room entrance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
