Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

Spiritual Care

We know being in a hospital can be scary. Our team of professionally trained spiritual care volunteers is available to provide spiritual and emotional support for:

  • Patients
  • Families and visitors
  • Staff

Visits are made during day and early evening hours or when the spiritual care volunteer makes regular rounds. The on-call volunteer responds to emergency calls at other times.

To contact spiritual care for support:

Call 703-504-3852 or call 703-504-3000 and ask the operator to page the on-call chaplain.

On the rare occasions a volunteer is not available, you can leave a message at 703-504-3852 and we will visit you as soon as possible.
