Orthopedic patients find world-class treatment for complex musculoskeletal conditions at the Inova Orthopedic Trauma and Fracture Care Program, part of Inova Trauma Center. Inova Trauma Center is Northern Virginia’s only level 1 trauma center. Many of our patients transfer to Inova from other healthcare facilities located throughout the mid-Atlantic and region and beyond.

Our full-time, dedicated orthopedic trauma team is available around the clock because serious accidents and complex bone and muscle-related injuries don’t adhere to any schedule. Drawing on the expertise of other specialists as needed, this integrated team focuses on optimal results in patient treatment, recovery and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. 

Our highly rated orthopedic trauma team utilizes the latest in surgical advances, including minimally invasive surgical techniques to enhance the healing process.
