Inova Cares for Families is a patient-centered medical home providing comprehensive primary care services to families who qualify for Medicaid, FAMIS or Inova’s financial assistance program or who are uninsured.

Inova Cares for Children is a patient-centered medical home providing comprehensive pediatric services to families who qualify for Medicaid or do not have insurance.

Inova Cares for Women

Inova Cares for Women provides prenatal and gynecologic care for uninsured or low-income individuals in Northern Virginia.

Inova Cares for Behavioral Health

This program provides virtual and in-person mental health counseling for individuals ages 14 and over who qualify for Medicaid or are uninsured

Inova Cares for Community Bridging

This program bridges gaps in care that patients experience as they transfer across care delivery settings between illness and recovery.

Inova Ewing Forensic Assessment and Consultation Teams (FACT)

FACT provides specialized forensic medical evaluation services for children and adults who have been victims of violent crimes including sexual assault, domestic violence, physical child abuse, elder physical abuse, strangulation and human sex trafficking.

Inova Juniper Program

Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care, offering all aspects of primary medical care, mental health, substance abuse and case management services.

Inova Medical House Calls brings primary care services to homebound patients who are 65 years of age or older.

Care Connection for Children

In partnership with the Virginia Department of Health, this program offers free care coordination services, education and support for families with children who have special healthcare needs.

ElderLink

In collaboration with the Fairfax Area Agency on Aging, ElderLink provides comprehensive assessments for older adults and their caregivers to help determine what type of assistance is needed for each individualized situation.

Inova Healthy Plate Club

This childhood obesity prevention program provides free nutrition education for children at elementary schools in Fairfax County, Loudoun County and the City of Alexandria where at least 50% percent of students are eligible for free and reduced-price lunch.

Inova Loudoun Hospital Mobile Health Services

Inova Loudoun Hospital Mobile Health Services brings health screenings and other preventive wellness efforts into the Loudoun community via a fully equipped bus.

Partnership for Healthier Communities

In collaboration with the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, the Virginia Health Care Foundation and regional school systems, this program identifies uninsured children and adults and links them with insurance options.
