• Community clinics and programs, creating and growing programs and services that meet patients and community members in their neighborhoods
• Community engagement, bringing team members and resources to community activities for education, screening and relationship building
• Community connections, recognizing a patient’s whole health story by assessing for social drivers of health and assisting with referrals to community partners using Unite Us 
• Philanthropy, aligning donors with opportunities to help support Inova as they connect with under-resourced communities and individuals
