All Inova Behavioral Health Services existing and new patients are eligible for outpatient telemedicine visits. Patients must be age 18 or over. The first step is to contact our behavioral health call center at 571-623-3500. After completing a brief intake triage by phone, patients will be able to make a telemedicine appointment. For after-hours emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • Call 571-623-3500, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to schedule a telemedicine visit
  • Established patients can also contact the outpatient clinic location directly to schedule follow-up telemedicine appointments
  • To participate in telemedicine visits, you will need a smartphone, a tablet or a computer with a reliable internet connection as well as a quiet location to speak.
